Embraced design thinking as a way to face new challenges.
Results for this campaign
As a way to face the complex task of redesigning our websites in a holistic, collaborative, creative and systematic approach, in 2016 we shifted to the Design Thinking methodology.
Applying this approach allowed us to understand user’s needs, refine and prototype ideas and test them with real end users.
Having people of different areas of the company working together on the project gave us multiple ideas and points of views. For the members of the team, it was very motivating and enriching.
Not only the desired end product was achieved in less time than expected, but also it was possible to strengthen working ties and create spaces of collaboration between employees and areas.
Members of the project showed high degree of commitment and predisposition to collaborate, and now each of them is replicating the methodology in their everyday tasks and with their teams. Therefore, the use of the methodology in the project allowed a change of mentality and germinated a change in the way of thinking how to face new projects in the future.
